Absolutely! We do not store your credit card details. Our website is built on a platform that  is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. It protects your data and ours, acting the eagle at all times to prevent any risk.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

When will my order be shipped? 

Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. (Monday to Friday only).

We will notify you via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection from Marrickville. Collection hours are 10am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday.


Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your purchase has been completed and shipping has been arranged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also opt-in to SMS tracking. 

Do you offer free delivery? 

Yes, we do. All orders over $75 will always be delivered free.

What about pick up, can I do that?

If you are in Sydney and decide to collect your purchase, you can do so at Memphis and Co. in Marrickville from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days however, we will notify you via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection from Marrickville. 


Can I return or exchange an item?

If you've changed your mind or received a faulty item in transit, then yes. We do ask, however, for hygiene and safety purposes that your purchase remains unopened and unused.

To initiate the return process, we kindly ask that you make contact with us within 7 days of delivery via email: hello@themanparlour.com.au to initiate the return. 

Once approved, you will need to forward your goods in a reply paid package to:
