Absolutely! We do not store your credit card details. Our website is built on a platform that  is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. It protects your data and ours, acting the eagle at all times to prevent any risk.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you prefer, you can shop now pay later with Afterpay or Zippay.

I am overseas, can I purchase from your store?

Yes! We ship to New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, the USA, Canada, UK, France and Germany.

Do you offer free delivery? 

Yes, all Australian orders over $50 receive FREE shipping. 

What if my order is under $50? 

You can choose to have your delivery sent via Standard or Express Post.
Shipping rates are:

Standard $10
Express $12

What is the shipping cost for International orders?

It depends on where in the world you are. Our delivery partners calculate your shipping cost live for us. Once you've entered your address, they will return a rate at the checkout. 

When will my order be shipped?

Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. (Monday to Friday only).
 

How will you be sending my order? 

DOMESTIC orders are sent with Australia Post via Standard Parcel Post or Express Post.

INTERNATIONAL orders are sent with Sendle via courier.  
Please note: Some countries charge customs fees or import duties. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control, and are the responsibility of our customers.

Standard Parcel Post - 2 to 8 business days
Express Post - 1 to 3 business days (metro only, a little longer for regional areas)

We will notify you via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection from Marrickville. Collection hours are 1030am-6pm, Tuesday to Friday.


Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your purchase has been completed and shipping has been arranged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also opt-in to SMS tracking. 

What about pick up, can I do that?

If you are in Sydney and would like to collect your order, you can do so at Memphis and Co. in Marrickville from Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 1030am and 6pm.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days however, we will notify you via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection from Marrickville. 


Can I return or exchange an item?

If you've changed your mind or received a faulty item in transit, then yes. We do ask, however, that for the purpose of hygiene and safety that your purchase remains unopened and unused. Please ensure the item's packaging is returned in the same condition it was delivered to you.

To initiate the return process, we kindly ask that you make contact with us within 7 days of delivery via email: hello@themanparlour.com.au
